"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Aside from the price of service it went well.  They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing.  During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars.  During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee.  They said it was an expensive part.  I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified.  I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars.  So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site.  Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty."

"Russ and Mike adjusted their scheduling work to get our house's plumbing working again so we could move out of a hotel room and back into our house. Russ even came on a Saturday to finish the work when our washing machine water line burst and started leaking. Russ was polite and good with our two young children, particularly showing our three year old son some of the plumbing work he was doing which our son was keenly interested in. He worked quickly and while I am not a plumbing and thus cannot judge with expertise the quality of the work, all of our pipes are now working better than they were before the freeze. Now that our insurance approved our claim Provost will be getting our heating system up and running, something I trust them to do well and quickly. Highly recommended!"

"Chimney Chap service was excellent. The price with Angie's List promo deal was the best around. They called the next day to schedule the appointment at a convenient time. The person who performed the work, Jim, arrived around the time window they provided, with a little adjustment for the heavy rush hour traffic in the morning, and called ahead to notify of his ETA.  Jim was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.  He provided very helpful information, described some issues with the chimney and the firebox, provided recommendations and good explanations of everything.
He took the time to do the fireplace measurements to provide the quotes for an insert, and some other related work.  They take thorough notes and pictures, document any relevant issues, and provide a follow up report with notations after the service.  The back office is very responsive and stays on top of things, even during their busiest time of the season.
Top notch company, highly organized and efficient, great service, great people doing very good work, good communication.
