As the work was being done there were issues found in the home that had been done by a previous owner. Scott and his crew fixed those issues and kept us up to date as to what was going on with the home. They finished the work in the time frame they advised. The work is professional, beautiful, it looks like a brand new home. We made changes to what we wanted after we had signed the contract it was never an issue. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Pete noticed that not only did my front gutter need replacement, but I had several other issues with my gutters, including missing end caps, missing gutter hangers, and the wrong nails used for my back gutter, (things missed from my home inspection when I purchased the house last year). I also opted to have leaf guards installed since my property is semi-wooded. Pete sent me an estimate a few days later, which was discounted due to an Angie's List coupon, and about a week later, he came and did all the work listed on the estimate. I highly recommend this provider and would use them again if I have any future gutter needs."
