"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flash Painters. They arrived when they were supposed to, finished the job when t hey said they would, cleaned up when they were done and charged a fair price for the work. When working on the inside of my house, they were meticulous in covering things so no paint got on furniture and when finished, went through the house and made sure I was satisfied with the job in every room. On the outside of the house, they did everything necessary to make the house look good, pounding in nails, filling woodpecker holes, and caulking where needed. They even came in and made sure all my windows opened and put screens in. I later hired Flash again to stain my deck and paint a ceiling. I am planning on selling in the near future and they helped make my house look great. I would highly recommend them."

"The drain assembly on my bathroom sink gave out after twenty years or so, and there was no way I was going to be able to get the darned thing off without a hacksaw. So I purchased a "Big Deal" from Cuddy Bros. to put on a new faucet and drain. They showed up on time, wrested the old drain assembly off, and put on the new faucet and drain without a hitch. It went quickly and smoothly. Six months later the installation is still fine; nothing leaks. I am completely satisfied."

"Given the complexity of the project, it went as smoothly as something like this can go. Hagit developed a very functional and attractive design based around an island that would seat 3, along with a variety of cabinetry. She was very patient when we wanted a number of adjustments. She accompanied us to pick out counters and backsplash, and always seemed to have good ideas for selections according to our tastes. Brian mapped out the engineering, which included moving a support beam, together with an engineering firm. He also mapped out a three-month schedule with the various subcontractors the firm uses, like the plumber, electrician, plasterer, counter people, floor people, etc. They all had lots of experience with this kind of work, and in working with KCF. Brian worked hard to ensure that new wood flooring would match well with existing flooring just outside the new kitchen. The KCF team also took a lot of care to set things up in our condo to create barriers to minimize dust and dirt, and try to ease our inconvenience; they even loaned us a microwave to use in our temporary kitchen in the basement. For the most part, subs showed up as scheduled, and did good work. KCF also coordinated all the town inspections. There were only a few glitches--the biggest one was when the tiles for the backsplash arrived broken, and it took some weeks to get replacements. The tile outfit wasn't very responsive, and seemed not to care much. But KCF kept on with all the other work, and the tiles were finally put in pretty much near the end. We have used the kitchen for a couple months now and love it. The design and craftsmanship all worked well. Going through a kitchen re-do is never a pleasant experience, but KCF made it as painless as possible."

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
