"Jason is very professional and knowledgeable. He has replaced a deck for me, repaired a wall in my bedroom, replaced a hose in my kitchen faucet and several other projects I needed help with. His work is excellent and prices are good. He is detailed and keeps me informed all along the process. I already have asked him to come back for a few smaller repairs!"

"I could not be more pleased with Scott and his crew. They were extremely professional and upfront about all costs. As the work was being done there were issues found in the home that had been done by a previous owner. Scott and his crew fixed those issues and kept us up to date as to what was going on with the home. They finished the work in the time frame they advised. The work is professional, beautiful, it looks like a brand new home. We made changes to what we wanted after we had signed the contract it was never an issue. I have a brand new home thanks to Phoenix Property ventures. Thank you so much!!!"

"As someone building a second home in Vt., everything needed to be done from a 235 mile distance. This can feel a little scary. My experience w/ Joe was Outstanding!!! Joe approaches all his tasks whether it be contract work or time & material work w/ the same set of ethics. Get it done in a timely fashion, be fair, communicate clearly, take regular pics, send via text for approval or comment, & offer advice through his experience as a seasoned builder. If you are lucky enough to work w/ Joe, enjoy the experience, your in good hands. Bill Giglio from Ct."

"Vincent came out in a blizzard on a Sunday to help me with my hot water heater. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in a couple of hours and did not overcharge. I will definitely try to use them for all my projects going forward."

"Team did incredible work on my home I?m so grateful for this team. Not only did I have them remodel my kitchen but because they did such a good job I added a bathroom remodel also had them remodel my patio to a cozy little outdoor relaxation area. 100% would recommend this team for anything you can throw at them!!!!"

"Great contractor! I will definitely use for my future projects."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"Sharif and his team were wonderful to work with. Unlike many contractors, they started soon after being hired and finished the job fast and efficient. We hope to hire them again next summer."

"I saw the reviews of PPF Seamless & Home Improvement, Inc. and reached out to them. Pete returned my message and a few days later, stopped down to my house to look at the work. Pete noticed that not only did my front gutter need replacement, but I had several other issues with my gutters, including missing end caps, missing gutter hangers, and the wrong nails used for my back gutter, (things missed from my home inspection when I purchased the house last year). I also opted to have leaf guards installed since my property is semi-wooded. Pete sent me an estimate a few days later, which was discounted due to an Angie's List coupon, and about a week later, he came and did all the work listed on the estimate. I highly recommend this provider and would use them again if I have any future gutter needs."

"Easy to work with for a contractor.  Clear and responsive with calls and emails.  Worked fast.  Skilled at wide variety of general contracting.  His specialty is roofing.  He was honest with the estimate.  I will use him again.
