Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. In the end we did not go with Deans, but only because we opted for a different approach to redo the flat part of the roof.  The Deans price estimate was on the lower end of 4 that we received, and was definitely reasonable.
