Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

"The service was impressive. I received a quick call back when I submitted my request for a quote. Claudio came the next day at the appointed time. He saw the repair as a quick job and offered to do it on the spot. Unfortunately, the replacement parts that I had purchased did not fit. Claudio offered to research what I needed and order it for me. He got back to me the next day and had found what I needed so I asked him to go ahead and order. He did, the parts came in a few days later. He called me to come back and install the parts and the entire job was completed within one week of my request. This is the best customer service I've ever received. I will definitely call him again."
