The dryer had build up over time that the vent sensor was coming on all of the time. As the duct work was installed in an unusual method to begin with, Steve managed to piece it apart and resolve the clogs at the pinch points. I also had 8 windows I wanted to replace as part of the project, and had a particular brand and model in mind. Peter had a fair and reasonable price that he quoted me in October 2021. When he did the job in October 2022, he kept the same price he originally quoted me. I supplied the windows myself; and even though Peter had never worked with those particular windows before, he was able to install them nicely. The lead re-inspection went through without any issues.
