"Very good service was provided by Jesse from DPI who handled removing and installing our new faucet. Both was and is expensive Kohler faucets. The new faucet has sensor. I had 4 contractors who contacted me however, I went with DPI because they agreed with my request. Jesse patiently remove the old one and install the new faucet. DPI provide very reasonable initial estimates before they start the work. Jesse came first time to look at it then we scheduled the removal and installation. I requested from all plumbers. However, DPI was the only one accepted my request, great customer service, very reasonable cost and most of all, on time, polite and do not hesitate customer asking questions about installation and they provide explanation. I have asked Jesse to come back and work on our shower pipe and shower head connection."

"Ramiro is a very skilled plumber. We called him during a water emergency when a plumbing pipe leaked to flood one of our rooms. Ramiro arrived promptly and was able to address the issue very effectively. He explained the repairs clearly, and executed the job both cleanly and most efficiently. "Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."
