Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased."

He deserves a “Moon” rating!! I was in Commercial Real Estate 43 years, so I know from where I speak. One of the keys to success is having a specialist in each field required for the job. This is what Matt does. I had a tub to shower conversion. That endeavor received four (4) specialists, plus the Owner of Hickory, Matt; who is not a salesman, but an architect and designer, which turns out to be extremely helpful. Everyday I was continually amazed at Matt. I am 76 and in all my professional career, I have worked with many contractors. Never had one show up “every day”, until Hickory ‘s owner, Matt Salam.
