"The Guy charged $260.00 he should wired the unit but he lied and all he can do is to pressed the button and charged for a service he never did and I'm very disappointed and never fixed the problem and I asked for the reduction of the charged but he never did and never responded and not able to do the service. The wiring is not he did it is already part of the unit. They ripping all the people."

"The gentleman that work this business go above and beyond to make the best suggestions for they work required. This is the second time I have hired them. My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. "We had a tuneup today on our HVAC system. Gentleman was professional. However.....technician states they are no longer allowed to utilize homeowner's driveway. I would like to know who is now coming to repair the damage to my front yard! It's wet and of course he got stuck. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO HAVE A TEAM-MEMBER OF ARS OUT TO REPAIR OUR LAWN?"

"I would strongly recommend against using this company. Michael Bonsby sold me an HVAC system that repeatedly malfunctioned between its installation in August 2022 and removal in October 2025. Over those 3 years, Bonsby had ample opportunities to identify and correct the defect in the system, but it failed to do so. Nor did Bonsby ever offer to replace the system. In fall 2025, after years of frustration, I requested that Bonsby refund my purchase price for the defective system. Bonsby has refused and, in doing so, made arguments that are materially inaccurate as to the facts of the matter and applicable law. "
