"We've been using Brother's heating and air for years. We've never found better service or pricing anywhere"

"They were prompt and efficient, from the initial repair-person, to the 'comfort advisor' to the installers, as my system was ~ 20 years old, I replaced both furnace and AC."

"This is a great company! They repaired our HVAC system quickly!!"

"Chris did a great job replacing evaporator coil in our A/C system. Knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. The price was very competitive. Definitely recommend this company and will use them for future service and projects."

"The entire team of folks from Horne are very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. Michael Bullock our service tech is remarkable and did a great job of identifying the problem and extending the life of our old unit. He subsequently put us in contact with their new unit guys and they came out to review the layout and provided a fair price estimate. Brant the installers were on time, precise with the installation, duct work and outdoor aesthetics. Great team to work with!"

"Alex gave me a quote for a new system 2 years ago but I have been trying to hold out on replacing it. I saved his info as he was so professional and seemed very honest. I had to replace both units last week and I can't begin to tell you the incredible job that they did! I was so blown away by their professionalism and the quality of their work. It is sometimes hard to find honest and skilled contractors but this company met and exceeded all of my expectations! The owner Sean is also one of the best I have ever worked with! Thank you for an amazing job!! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone in need of service!"

"I've just been really pleased. The only thing that I kind of have a question about. They said the supervisor would come back out and show me pictures of what they had done under there after they got finished. He had some kind of a conflict and he didn’t come. I have to call and ask them to have him come. But I have the number of the man who talked to us at the begging and he is the one who told me always get pictures when somebody finishes, not just when they start. I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that."

"Immediate response with same day service.  Stopped by early in day on way to another site and quickly identified the issue.  Had to pick up replacement part  and came back after 5 pm to replace the unit.  Ensured the AC was working.   Contacted me a couple of days later to double check all was still good.

"I called and Mike returned my call quickly and set up a date.  He came and checked the air conditioner.  He did not try to convince me it needed any else other than a check up.  Was quick and efficient and mannerly.  I would certainly use him again even for more serious repairs.
