"Brandon was very nice! A true professional! I can finally say that I now have a reputable plumber!"

"The technician came during the window of time that I was told. He came wearing his mask! He repaired the water heater quickly, showed me the part that was replaced, and explained the purpose of the repaired part. I’m very satisfied."

"

The job was done, but not a great job for three reasons:

(1) I purchased Angle's List one-hour coupon.  They spent about 75 min and then charged me for an extra hour.  I thought it was a typical practice but today an electrician came to fix our bathroom fan.  The electrician team spent about 70-75 min but didn't charge me anything more (I also purchased a one-hour Angle's list coupon for the electrical work).

(2) After they finished the job, they pointed out a valve problem, which will take no more than 30 min to fix but they would rather do it next time, which mean charging me for another hour.

(3) The guy who helped the lead plumber was not qualified for the job.  It was me that noticed the powder room pipe's leaking problem because he did not tighten the connectors.  Fortunately, the lead plumber fixed it before they left.  The company definitely needs to give its crew better training before putting them into real work.

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Excellent job! Highly recommended and very knowledgeable.. fixed my plumbing issue quickly.."

"Overall, my experience with them was very good. Luiz has a great eye for color, and made choosing my colors incredibly easy."

"Bill Frusco and his team of workhorses are the, hands down, most reliable plumbers I know. They stand by their work. All the specialists are very clean, respectful, and knowledgeable. I tried the handy men etc. , but always regret it, then call Bill Frusco to fix it. Great experience and so easy to set an appointment."

"Hector was extremely responsive and gave me an detailed quote for the work performed. He showed up when he said he would and was honest and detailed in his diagnosis of the issue . I had one other contractor try to make a large remodel project out of the small repair and another one didn’t know how to even fix it. Hector immediately knew how to fix and saved me a lot of money in the process . He was polite , timely and responsive and his quote was very competitive. I would highly recommend his services !"
