"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. "We had a small but difficult job: to replace a louvered vent damaged from years of wear. It is above the second floor window. Not only was it difficult to get to, replacing it required removal and replacement of siding. Bob of Westbury Siding sent two professionals. They had to do some creative work, as the replacement sat within the house frame; the original vent was on the outside of the house. What a beautiful job they did, and in not much more than an hour. I would call Westbury for any siding work."

"Ron, the company president, came out to give me an estimate. He was very upfront and thorough, and I felt comfortable with what he told me. He seemed a little taken aback when I asked for a written contract, but wrote one up on the spot anyway. They called to follow up a week later, and I placed my order, along with the required $500 deposit. On installation day, the installers showed up on time. However, they didn't seem to speak much English, and I had to inform them they were looking at the wrong windows. With that cleared up, they set to work - without much of a break - for about 6 hours, installing the new glass blocks. I was impressed by their work ethic, but when they had questions the language barrier seemed pretty steep. The previous owner had run some wires through the old window sills, wires we had since disconnected. The installers, unfortunately, didn't ask before running them through the mortar. I noticed before the mortar dried, and was able to take the wires out and re-pack the mortar. Overall, they did a nice job, and the windows seem very securely installed."

"Having just had mold remediation for my crawl space I was looking for spray foam insulation. I knew what I wanted and Mike honed in on specific need but gave me some advice, thoughts and other considerations about this job and other things I was considering (like A/C). He was extremely punctual, professional and highly personable and easy to talk to. His estimate was reasonable and appropriate. We agreed on the specifics of the installation - a minimum 2 inch coverage in between the beam and a minimum of 1/4 inch on the beams. He and his associates were considerate and flexible on scheduling due to the possibility of water possibly being in the crawl after a heavy rain. <br /> The installation was performed. <br /> Several days later I looked over the job. Now here is where you sometimes get to see a professional shine. I felt that the depth of foam we agreed on was not adequately applied. I talked to Mike on this matter and he immediately agreed that he and the supervisor of the installation team would come over to check on the matter. He called me immediately after the inspection and stated he and the supervisor agreed it was not to our specifications and that they would remedy the situation immediately and to my total satisfaction. Again, his team was highly flexible and indeed had to reschedule once due to water in the crawl. Due to the installation problem the supervisor stayed on site with the team and directed the workers on the requirements to resolve the foam coverage. The job was completed. He followed up with me after the job and I can say I am extremely happy with the results. Nobody likes having to have things worked on again but having a problem resolved with the concern, quickness, willingness and in the manner as it was in this case - Mike represented his professionalism, reliability and ability in getting the job done and done right. I can tell you Mike is A-1 in my review and I would highly recommend Mike on ANY job."

"I had a crack in my winshield which the dealership recommended competition glass. I had an appointment which they could not make it due to a hail storm that caused many cars with blown out windows. Received a call from the owner and ask me to come to the shop which he reduced the original price."

"The men responded promptly to my husband's call and set a date to install the shower doors, which we had ordered from an out of state company and which had already been delivered. They came promptly - in fact, they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate a doctor's appointment which my husband had to keep. They followed the manufacturer's directions for the installation procedure, made the minor adjustments to the doors which were needed, and installed them perfectly. They worked carefully and efficiently and removed all debris when the job was completed. Payment to this company must be made by check; they do not accept credit cards. We were very pleased, and highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again."

".Mr. Fix-it was very professional from the time the appointment was made to the time when all of my identified projects were completed. He arrived on time and started work right away.  All of my projects  were not easy and were time-consuming. Mr. Fix-it was very persistent and did an overall great job! The window screens were quite difficult to remove but he was willing to go though the outdoor shrubbery, probably getting scratched, and kept at it until he was able to remove all four screens. He had to go through the same process to put the screens back in. He had to do this outside in the sweltering heat and humidity. The light fixture had to be assembled first and then hung. When done it was perfect! . He had to go through a lot of steps to replace the range hood light but he did it without complaints. He has a lot of knowledge and is very fair in his pricing.  He is very likable. There were no negatives.  I will definitely be using him again for some work on my deck in the next couple of months. <br />"

"We had a BOW WINDOW and three other windows replaced.and front siding replaced. Our house is almost 70 years old, when old siding was removed, there was some areas of water damage and a patchwork of different sheathing. All bad sheathing was replaced, siding installed,windows replaced, facia rebuilt, and soffits replaced. All of the problems were resolved and finished. Tony and the other two carpenters were terrific. We highly recommend DICOSTANZO HOME IMPROVEMENTS."
