I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. "Premium Home services is a scam..their customer sevice does not do anything about refunding back expensive, terrible and unfinished work. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company."

They wanted for me to lease a system. HA! "Real Refrigeration" was interested in solving the problem quickly and I felt they operated in the best interest of the customer."
