The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. McCrea handled the permits and product registrations. Gwyn communicated with me promptly after the install regarding both."

"Although they provide a time frame for service, frequently they are late or have to re-schedule. When ARS installed my furnace, they provided a humidifier as well. However, the humidifier is not included in the maintenance contract, and any work or filter change on the humidifier is extra. The cost is almost as much as the maintenance contract. They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"I have been using Advanced Environmental Solutions for over 18 years. Initially I had them take care of routine maintenance and repairs of my HVAC system. "The plumber was excellent. I have used them twice and never had any complaints. The name of the company is called Energy Wise Heating & A/c inc. He is in Warrenton Virginia. The last time I used him was in October to check the pipes and winterize my system. Obviously his service was excellent. I never had to call him back. Once he came and did the job I never had to call him back for anything. I have used him for my heater and my air conditioner. In the summer time I call him and he would do a tune up on my air conditioner. He cleans it up and gives me a tune up. He checked my pipe and in the winter time he would winterize my house. I have never had to call him back. Before I called him I have had my pipes burst four years in a row. All my pipes have busted four years in a row. Since I have called him I haven't had my pipes burst. He is going to come back next month. Right now I don't know if my pipes' busted because I haven't got my water on yet. I don't know if it works yet because I haven't got the water on yet but we will get to know. He is going to come back in April and open my system up. Everything is shut now. I did have a coupon for the price. As far as the price he has been cheaper than what I have paid before. I will use him in the future. Right now he is on my top list. He is my third one and right now he is on the top list."

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!
