So professionalism is non-existent and follow-thru still hasn't happened. The word of the GM, contractor supv as well as the actual contractors/engineers are garbage. "My experience with Copper Fox was absolutely terrible. The sales representative, Harold, assured me the project was 2-3 weeks. We started the project in early May. Copper Fox was very gracious and took a two hour lunch break instead of a one hour lunch break everyday so that my son could sleep. I knew that this accommodation would likely make the project take a little longer, but would only affect the loud portion of construction which was framing and some of the screwing during the installation of drywall. Copper Fox did not finish the project until the end of September because they failed to order materials in a timely manner. On top of the project delay the workmanship was extremely shoddy and they failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. Their "project manager" barely came to site and didn't show up for the final inspection I had to handle it myself. I am happy to share my contract and all email correspondence."

These three men were in my home for a couple weeks doing extensive foundation and waterproofing work. They were always professional, courteous, and kept the work space clean. I was able to leave home for appointments with full confidence and trust in this crew. The sales manger, Brendan Feehan, was incredibly knowledgeable as well, and was able to solve every problem with my complex foundation and waterproofing issues. He was accessible to answer any questions I had throughout the process, and available to stop by as needed. Brendan is professional, helpful, and an expert in this profession. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"They came pormptly to view the project and provided a prompt excellent value bid. The communication and scheduling were right on and took into account some of my timing issues. The entire team came the week prior to the start date to discuss any issues that may arise to avoid delays. They answered all my questions. They communicated and were very cognizant for placing their materials They have worked diligently every day from early morning to late evening with an incredible work force who do a great job and are very conscientious and respectful End of each day they clean up and replace their equipment out of the way They completed the job on time in spite of the weather. Their entire team were personable, professional, respectful and diligent and obviously proud of their work. We are overwhelmingly satisfied and would recommend them especially for this type of roof without any reservation. This was a very challenging project-large roof-alot of demo work and prep work-steep and complicated roof. Cudos to the entire company. Thanks M & J"
