"Michael repaired our outside shower with a part replacement. He responded to our issue promptly and efficiently. He provided great customer service!"

"My tech (Robert Duclos) provided great service and was able to diagnose the issue my unit was having. He did not try and upsell parts or services that were un-needed and provided honest assessment of the status of the system. He was able to further schedule consultation with other member of the Cotti-Johnson team to help plan our replacement of the failed unit. Luckily the diagnostic fee we paid can be applied to the purchase if we decide to use their bid for the replacement."

"They came to my home showed me what needed to be done and they went and got the water heater. When they came back a short time later they had the tank and installed it in an hour with new pipes and a new shout off that I can do."

"I thought the price for a sump pump replacement was very expensive for what I had done (2 men, 2hrs). They quoted the estimate and charged me $1,500.00. Home Advisor had emailed/quoted me a fixed price of approx. 600.00. I had asked to schedule when they could do the job and said they could do it that day, THIS WAS NOT A RUSH/EMERGENCY, but I gave the go ahead because I just wanted this project done. There was no drilling involved (in the well and the wall to drain out). They replaced the sump pump and installed a new drain pipe in the well and attached it to the existing drain in my cellar wall. The plumbers were courteous and explained everything thouroughly so that weighed in on my overall star rating. Thanks."

"Awesome plumber. Friendly and easy to work with. Fair price too. Thank you Moses."

"Tatra is the most professional company that we had in our home. Not only were they proficient they were clean respectful and quiet if you can believe that with a contractor company putting a/c heat pumps on two floors of our house. They are always right on time and work consistently throughout the day. I would not only recommend Tatra I would hire them again and again Kevin Patrick Foley"

"I am a person of modest means; because of APM I was able to replace my heating system at a price I could afford. APM helped me choose the right appliance that I then ordered online to save money. Appliance did not come with a part I needed for my specific installation; they educated me about the part, I was able to do an internet search and obtained the item on Ebay for a steal. Service quality was top notch, easy to work with, great communication via email and phone, worked clean, very nice people. I feel very fortunate to have had this service experience and would highly recommend this company.

"My wife and I were very thankful for Rob's ability to explain the multiple aspects of each job entailed. This was especially helpful given the house is almost 200 years old. Most repairs were to decades old plumbing to bring it up to current code. In addition, we have hired him to install a new gas range in the kitchen and a large water tank. We will soon be engaging him to assist us with updating two of our original bathrooms. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Rob was always extremely professional, efficient and courteous. He showed up when promised and completed the work on a timely basis. Art Adams Eastham, MA"
