"We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Two thumbs up for a great job by Perfect Exteriors ! We had to replace our roof and after collecting several quotes from different vendors, we chose Perfect Exteriors for the install. We are so glad we did. Ed Drake met with us and provided a detailed estimate that included some features the others neglected. He was also able to provide the longest warranty for his work and product. (That has to be earned!) His staff were all respectful and very hard working. They arrived on time, draped the entire house to protect siding and the landscaping. They completed the job within one day as promised and cleaned the entire yard before departing with all discarded materials. Both Ed and his foreman, Steve were easily accessible by phone and provided us with accurate information. "We had our siding replaced last week and I have to say Chris & the team were AMAZING. they all worked so well together and our siding was completed in literally 3 days. That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! They cleaned up after every day, leaving no mess or nails laying around which I really appreciated and my siding looks so beautiful. They were on time every day and even started the project 2 weeks before the initial start date. I would hire this company many times over again. Ask for Chris on your project for sure!"

Alan's crew arrived promptly and performed all the work carefully, removed and returned items on the deck and porch. The entire work was performed to our satisfaction. Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. We also had new gutters installed and they make the overall appearance stand out, it looks like we have a brand new home. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job. I highly recommend TH Remodeling to anyone looking to replace their roof. John Hazard was very personable, did not put a hard sales job on us, made sure we understood the process and what they were proposing, the needs for the different pieces and explaining what they might find once the roof was off and where additional costs may be. He fully explained the product they use (GAF) and the 50 year warranty. They all went above and beyond in meeting our expectations.  I would recommend them to all my friends and use them for any other home improvement projects I have!!~!!!!!  As well as John Hazard and the crew,  the owner, Tom Hazard,  also stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied, and to inspect the work being done
