"We had a great experience with Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. Initially, we called Westside to look at our front and back porch roofs. Alan advised that the front porch only need very little minor repair, to correct the drainage. And the back roof would need considerable more. I was afraid to hear what that would cost. I was able to do my own research prior to committing and Alan's cost to repair the back porch roof was right on par and a little better. The team arrived on time from the onset, finished the job without delay and went over all of the repairs. With that being said, I asked Alan to do a few more minor repairs such as installing a window and repair the hinges, wood work on the carport doors. Buckey took the extra step to put vinyl on the top portion of the doors to prevent future wood rot. Buckey and Chris was so kind, wonderful to talk too and so professional. They didn't have to re-do as much of the adjacent siding (that they had installed previously) as anticipated, and as a result lowered the cost from their upfront estimate. Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. We also had new gutters installed and they make the overall appearance stand out, it looks like we have a brand new home. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job.
