"We had a great experience with Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. Initially, we called Westside to look at our front and back porch roofs. Alan advised that the front porch only need very little minor repair, to correct the drainage. And the back roof would need considerable more. I was afraid to hear what that would cost. I was able to do my own research prior to committing and Alan's cost to repair the back porch roof was right on par and a little better. The team arrived on time from the onset, finished the job without delay and went over all of the repairs. With that being said, I asked Alan to do a few more minor repairs such as installing a window and repair the hinges, wood work on the carport doors. Buckey took the extra step to put vinyl on the top portion of the doors to prevent future wood rot. Buckey and Chris was so kind, wonderful to talk too and so professional. "Had a leaking roof and attempted to repair leak. Roof is 13 years old and there was damage to roof sheeting as well. Original shingles only had maybe 4 years or so of life left. Steve and Jason were more than helpful with this issue and after the repair just wasn't able to fix the issue we all decided a complete roof replacement was the best option. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. We also had new gutters installed and they make the overall appearance stand out, it looks like we have a brand new home. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job. I highly recommend TH Remodeling to anyone looking to replace their roof. John Hazard was very personable, did not put a hard sales job on us, made sure we understood the process and what they were proposing, the needs for the different pieces and explaining what they might find once the roof was off and where additional costs may be. He fully explained the product they use (GAF) and the 50 year warranty.
