"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. *The work*
The work started precisely within the timeframe that Tom gave us, and there were no surprises along the way.  Within a few days of the delivery of a dumpster, port-o-potty, and the permit work began on the house.  The crew worked very efficiently and had the entire house re-sheathed, wrapped and sided within 1 week.  Tom even included a "personal touch" in adding crown molding to our porch, which looks great!  Tom, and his wife Sherri, helped us pick the paint colors that match the existing features on our house, which was a big help too!  The painting crew (that Tom set up) arrived and had the house caulked, painted and finished within 3 days.  He truly took care of all the work from start to finish. 
*The Verdict*

"About a year earlier than our project, several of the homeowners in our community with stucco homes had their chimney rebuilt and the stucco replaced as a result of mold, rotting wood, and other water infiltration problems. Seeing what our neighbors were doing and knowing about the problems with stucco in PA, we hired a stucco inspector who identified several areas around our house where the stucco needed to be remediated, including the chimney. JJ&E Construction agreed to remove the stucco and repair the areas identified by the inspector with the understanding that if addition underlying problems were found, they would be required to address them. Once the work started, it quickly became apparent that the original stucco was not installed correctly. JJ&E also found that the foundation on the back wall of our walk-out basement was not installed correctly and agreed to repair that. JJ&E removed all the original stucco, replaced any damaged or rotted wood, replaced any damaged insulation, and installed new exterior plywood, Tyvek® wrap, additional weatherproofing layers, aluminum wrap trim around the doors and windows, and stucco that meets all current codes. The craftsmanship of all the work was excellent."
