"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. "Les was helpful before he even arrived. I needed a new filter and other parts and Les suggested that I order them online and that he would install them. That way I could save the cost of him coming out to figure out the specific parts and ordering them himself. Les and his co-worker then were able to schedule an appointment with me within 48 hours of my call and they arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. They did the start up and repairs and explained why why the repairs were needed and how to avoid them in the future. Les also offered helpful tips about making the swamp cooler work more effectively in my house by opening different windows than I had been."
