He had the part with him based and the description I gave over the phone. 4 not 5 stars because of the mess. No tarp or plastic was placed prior the repair. I had to clean sticky black goo from the floor and the dryer. Basic cleanser smeared the spots into a giant mess and it required a degreaser.
