"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My washer was leaking, and my dryer took 2 cycles to dry. The ProServ expert was great. Took his time to evaluate the issue, and gave me multiple options. I felt that not only did he know his stuff, but that he was honest, and trying to do the best for me. Great job!"

"DMC Services was great to deal with. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with an HVAC company where I thought the service was good or the price was fair. Not so anymore! Les Carter came out on short notice. He was on time, pleasant and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part ready to go. One trip. 30 minutes. Done. Extremely fair price. I have dealt with other larger companies in the past that treated me like I was lucky to have them at my house. They didn’t have the right parts on their truck (even though it was a common issue) and they charged outrageous prices. I would highly recommend Les Carter and DMC Services whenever you have HVAC needs!"

"They had to order the part for my washer. Came back the next morning and finished the job in about 45 min. Very apologetic for having to come back the next day."
