"I called Quality Garage Door and spoke with Peggy. She was very friendly. My garage door cables broke due to the door being sealed shut after being painted with a sprayer. When I had tried to open the door, both cables broke. Peggy had a technician available to come out the next day. But she advised me to 1st call the company that had done the painting. I called the painting company and they immediately agreed to take care of the problem with another garage door company that they use. So Peggy lost business for her company but helped me out big-time. Thank you, Peggy!"
