I specialize in all types of wood working. I have been in wood working ever since I was five years old and have always loved it. I range from a series of levels when it comes to wood working. Some things I build are river tables, coasters, charcuterie boards, blanket ladders, and so much more. Just let me know what project you have. I also do flooring in homes. I am happy to be of services to you!

"Super professional! No one ended up being home at the time the technician showed up. They called and said no one answered the door. I asked if they are willing to go in with no one there and they said if you give us permission, we will. I walked them through the house over the phone. There was no sign of anyone having been in the house when I got home other than my furnace actually working correctly! Rigo, the technician, saved us from the dreadful Idaho winter! Best part is that they don't charge extra to come to Blackfoot!! Wiemer will be the first call I make if anything goes wrong or needs serviced in the future!"

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

FAQs for central humidifier installation and replacement projects in Idaho Falls, ID

A crawl space dehumidifier is a worthwhile investment, particularly in humid climates or if you've noticed musty odors, mold growth, or wood deterioration. Though costs range from $3,000 to $9,200, this investment helps prevent structural damage that could require far more expensive repairs later. Beyond structural protection, a properly dehumidified crawl space contributes to better overall indoor air quality and may reduce allergens throughout your home. Consider having a professional assessment to determine if your specific situation warrants this investment.

Addressing crawl space moisture effectively often requires a combination of solutions. A complete approach includes encapsulation plus dehumidifier installation. For minor moisture issues, a basic dehumidifier starting at $1,500 may suffice, while severe problems in larger spaces could require systems costing up to $14,000. The most effective moisture control strategy depends on your specific conditions, making a professional assessment valuable for determining the most cost-effective approach for your situation.

For a crawl space measuring 1,500 square feet, you'll need a dehumidifier with a daily capacity of 30 to 50 pints, with unit costs ranging from $150 to $600. Your local climate and existing moisture levels may necessitate adjusting this capacity—homes in particularly humid regions might benefit from higher-capacity units. Professional installers can measure your specific humidity conditions and recommend equipment that is appropriately sized, balancing initial cost with operating efficiency for your unique situation.

Crawl space dehumidifiers add $300 to $500 to your annual electricity expenses when operating continuously. Energy-efficient models reduce this consumption by roughly 15 to 30% compared to standard units. Most contemporary dehumidifiers feature humidity sensors that automatically cycle operation based on current conditions, helping manage energy usage. Proper crawl space encapsulation significantly improves efficiency by creating a controlled environment that requires less dehumidifier runtime, thereby reducing ongoing electricity costs.
