"It went very well! James is an expert at what he does! I made my appointment with Trevor and James responded to figure out why the sewer on the 60 y/o HUD house I had bought was draining slow. First, he used his scope with camera and GPS to locate where an old repair at the cast iron pipe connection from the house with the ceramic pipe to the street. He gave me the option of having someone else dig up the connection which saved us $1500. He came back to check to make sure the hole was the proper dimensions then promptly did the work even during inclement (snowing) weather. New clean outs were installed for both directions and he was done. Two weeks later, things slowed down again so, James was back out to jet flush the drain. This was due to the previous repair drawing in dirt and debris. The drain and its owners are now happy!"

"Our water heater needed to be replaced and this was my first Angie's List purchase.  $600 for installation including a 40-50 gallon name brand water heater plus they will take away the old one.  We initially wanted to consider a tankless water heater but the price was right and we needed this completed fairly soon as we were on borrowed time.  Just do it, right?  We did and it was completed.  I asked what brand water heater and I researched the brand with negative satisfaction results.  I was not happy but I already bought the offer.  The technician replaced our water heater with a 40 gallon AO Smith brand which was exactly the brand I wanted.  I am happy for that but he wanted an extra $250 for a permit and straps.  Shouldn't that be part of the installation?  My husband made a call to Angie's List and voila, all of the sudden, no extra fee!  But also no permit or straps.  THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST!  However.  Is our water heater within code without a permit and without straps?  We don't know but wedo have hot water."

Mr. C's scheduled with me the first time I called.  Dave showed up early.   I didn't get the phone voice message telling me he was running early, so he waited in his car out front.  For me that in itself is unusual as these professionals are running on a tight schedule. Dave was super professional, quick, and so nice to me and my dogs.  I have had bad luck recently with hiring companies for service, home vent cleaners and roof installation.  Have used Groupon and lost money when companies just don't show up, reschedule many times and/or send rude people that explain the discount was just a gimmick to get them in the door, the fine print is a lot more money.  This young man made a huge difference.  He did not try to sell me more.  That was a first. He did an awesome, clean, professional installation.  He even checked many recent appliance and water heater installs, because I made a comment about concern whether jobs were done right.  I didn't ask, he just did it when I was outside.  I always contain my dogs, because of past rude technicians.  And I know I need to keep them back as the tech needs to do his job and doesn't need dogs in his way. But I've never had one person that I've paid to do a job in my house act so kind to my pets.  I really enjoy when technicians, plumbers, electricians, floor/carpet installers, etc. act human.    My new frost free spout works perfect.  I was super impressed with this company and Dave.  Love knowing I have a plumbing company! I've already referred him to 3 other homeowners.
