"The team cleaned the entire house windows, interior, exterior, screens and sills. They were efficient and profession. They wore booties when inside the house. I did a check before they left and there were a couple of areas that I asked them to redo/touch up. The did them without issue. There was one basement window that they were unable to do, due to the build up. I would have appreciated if they had brought that to my notice as opposed to me finding and then talking through it. Overall I was very happy with them."

"The LEI team was excellent from sales to installation. Our sales representative (Megan Wilkerson) was very personable and informative without applying pressure and answered all of our questions. The prices that she quoted for the replacement of windows in our entire house were extremely competitive (we checked with 6 other companies and had to either compromise on the number of panes in the window, the color of the windows, quality or warranty to get a comparable cost). Although it was a bit of a rocky start following the placement of our order because we had custom windows and needed to have more than a 30-day notice for installation, LEI was accommodating to our every need. It just happened that we installed the windows on the two coldest days in 2018 but the installers were efficient and mindful of working in specific quadrants of the house to minimize heat-loss. They were polite and knowledgeable. They even did their best to minimize disruption to the daily routine of my elderly mother who lives with us. They covered all the floors with pads and wore shoe covers which they were cognizant to remove when they went in and out of the house. They removed all the debris both from inside and outside following the installation of each set of windows. We did have a manufacturing issue with one of the circular windows which had to be remade – LEI sent an installer on a Saturday of our convenience so as not to further intrude on our work schedules. And importantly, besides the deposit that we paid when we placed our order, LEI did not call us for payment of the balance until they knew that we were completed satisfied with our window installation. We would definitely recommend LEI to anyone needing a window installation!"
