Dewey was awesome when we first contacted, he answered all our questions, and we were appreciative of his making very appropriate suggestions along with his reasoning. He is extremely detailed, provides awesome customer service, and very trustworthy. He and his son were respectful and tidy as they worked. We had 25 large windows replaced. Several people have commented on how nice they look. We highly recommend Dewey and will definitely work with him again on future projects!!"

"This is an addendum to the work completed on March 3rd 2017: Replaced 11 constructor grade windows including two ceiling to floor picture windows. We replaced them with Polaris triple pane windows. The original cost was $6,230. Almost a year later in January one of the picture windows (floor to ceiling), had frost inside. I notified John and sent him a photo. He immediately ordered a replacement. At my request, I asked him to wait for warmer weather to install it. There absolutely was no hassle. Stuff happens. When it does, it is the actions by John that confirmed that we had chosen the right company. I found John on Angie's List so kudos also to Angie's List."

"They installed the roof in Jan of 2014. I questioned whether it was a good idea to do it in the winter and was assured that that was no problem. They installed the roof and shingles fell off every year. They did come out and repair the fallen shingles and in 2020 refunded me $5k of the install ($14k). Basically, this was recognition that the problem would continue and they wanted to wash their hands of the issue. The owner suggested to their salesman that what should happen is a full replacement, but the salesman didn't want to do it. I currently have 2 shingles that have fallen off and will find another contractor to re-install the shingles. I'm truly disappointed in the company as the primary reason I used them was that they operated under the banner of a Christian company."
