"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. "I had Re-Roofing America do work for me and they did a good job. The reason for the "average" rating is because Angi inserted themselves in the middle of the project, and they added absolutely no value to the project. Ango assigned a Project Manager (PM). Everything they told me was not true and/or did not happen. As a PM for a project, you are suppose to stay on top of the project, and be proactive in making sure project is on schedule. The PM told ReRoofing America was going to call me before job started, wrong. The PM told me told me materials were being brought by Re-Roofing America, wrong. The PM never contacted me before the job making sure everything was on track and never contacted me during the job to see how things were going. The only contact I had was for payment. I recommend Re-Roofing America, but I strongly do not recommend Angi being part of the project. Work with Re-Roofing America directly and tell Angi to stay out of the middle. Things will go much smoother."

"Danny came out and looked at the roof, handled all the up front interaction and negotiations with my insurance company, and made sure I got my roof replaced. I knew I was in good hands when the adjuster arrived and spoke to Danny like an old friend. When he told me he would cover up to $1000 of my deductible, which gave me a free roof, I was ecstatic.
Jeff took over on the materials and replacement side, and was very prompt in coming by to hit my tight schedule before putting my house on the market. Although Mother Nature decided to postpone the replacement a couple of days, Jeff was in constant communication with me about when his crew could get out there. Once they got started they worked until after dark for two days straight to get the job done and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.
Danny and Jeff followed through on the free roof claim and did a fantastic job in the execution. They are very up front about your option to use another contractor if your insurance company is not willing to work with them. In part, because of their great work, I was able to sell my house in less than a day.
