"Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email.
Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.

"Our repair person, Greg, worked hard to resolve our problem with the refrigerator middle drawer door. It had not been installed properly from day one. It was not something that could be determined easily. In addition to being misaligned, although there were holes drilled, screws had been left out that should have kept the door connection mechanism from coming loose! It was only a matter of time before it would have come off. He was able to resolve the alignment problem and found screws that would ensure the door would stay in place. The door feels solidly in place now!"

"Ryan was on time. Very professional. Gave options of installing new circuit board for range, or he could disconnect the top element that was stuck on all the time. I could still use the oven just not the broiler, saving me over $200.00. He only charged me for a service call. In today's world, it is nice to see someone in the service business that is honest and is not always thinking of the almighty dollar. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
