"Grady, our technician was prompt. Prior to entering out home he laid down a door mat on top of our door mat and put shoe covers on his shoes. This is the first time I have ever had anyone who came to do work at my house take such care to avoid bringing dirt into our home. Grady quickly diagnosed our air conditioner and established that there was a freon leak. He presented the option of refilling the freon but couldn't guarantee how long it would last. Due to the age of the unit it was recommended that we have it replaced. After a brief call Grady had an estimate for me along with different payment options. I took his recommendation and had the unit replaced. The day of the install Grady came with another tech whose name I do not recall. They were very prompt. While working on replacing the air conditioner a problem with the drainage was found and repaired without any extra cost. Upon completion of the work these two gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use our new thermostat and explained how to register the air conditioner with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Grady asked if we had any questions and told us to let him know if there were any questions or problems. A week or so later a very pleasant sounding woman named Anna called to try to help schedule an inspection from the city. Anytime I have any air conditioner issues in the future I will definitely be calling Aire Serv.
