"Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!"

"Excellent from first call to completion of job. Mark was very quick to respectfully respond to all my inquiries and questions. He even gave me the name of the distributor of the water heaters to help me get answers to questions he was unsure of about the product. I got all my questions answered and when I finally ordered my water heater from Mark, I felt totally confident that I got the best heater choice for my needs. His price was very competitive to other quotes I received for the job. Water heater was installed within a few days of my ordering it and was done by two of his employees. They were well trained, very clean and competent and did a beautiful installation. All work was completed in under two hours. They patiently answered all my questions as they worked and were very professional from start to finish. The heater looks and works great and I am more than satisfied. I plan to call Mark for any and all of my future plumbing needs and have no problem recommending him to friends.."

"The project was executed seamlessly from start to finish. Andi is a great creative designer who works with the client to obtain the desired result, and Javi is a dedicated craftsman who leads his team to professionally complete the job. They were extremely efficient and clean, especially in today's economy when it is difficult to find workers."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Indian Rocks Beach, FL

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
