"Highlander exceeded my expectations! Mr. Kevin Adams (Senior Inspector), did a thorough assessment of my basement and garage needs, clearly answered all my questions and proposed an easy to understand solution in writing. Mr. Cameron Shoemaker (Customer Care) made me feel like I was his most important customer ever. He kept me informed throughout the entire project and gladly worked with me when I had to postpone the start date of my project due to personal reasons. Wesley (Foreman) and his crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done right and on time. When I brought up a couple of concerns at the end of the project, they quickly and without hesitation did what needed to be done to keep me satisfied. Great company and people who are 100% customer oriented!"

"Aquaguard's service at my home was done many years ago when I was getting basement water with rainstorms of far less strength and duration than shat we are experiencing today. After the aftermath of Ida, I thought that it would be helpful for those of you who are considering this company to know that to this date,, Acquagard's french drains have kept my basement completely dry. With this company comes a reasonable price, outstanding service, and most important of all, the security of knowing that you no longer have to experience the dread of walking down those steps and seeing a disaster! As an aside, my neighbors and I both had drains done at the same time. They chose a company less than $200 cheaper and ended up in arbitration for the work done."

"Excellent service and excellent job! My husband and I just bought a house in Altoona and had 2 inches of rain a week later. Water came in the basement along a side wall, where the wall meets the floor. We called Dan for an estimate, along with 2 others. Dan scheduled an appt for an estimate a day later. His estimate was half the cost of the other 2 estimates and he fit us in his schedule to have the work completed the following Tuesday, starting at 6am. His crew was at the house at 5:50am on Tuesday, set up an impressive dust collection system, took 50 minutes to jackhammer out the floor, carry out the out concrete, and drill the holes in about 70ft! They then put in the gravel and pipe, and poured concrete to make it look like new. They were impressive and done in a few hour! We paid Dan with our Visa once the job was finished, so got cash back. Can't say enough good things about them!"

"I was very pleased with the waterproofing that was done on my house. After getting this done, my basement hasnâ t flooded at all!"
