"It went very well. A diagnostic test was run and we discussed the results. I had to pay for the diagnostic test up front with the understanding that said amount would be applied for any work that was done. Alex telephoned me a couple times to discuss what he found and then explained what needed to be done. We discussed the overall cost and I told him to proceed. Alex was very responsive from my first call and through the entire process. I will definitely contact him, when needed!"

He spent three hours, and was very knowledgeable. He knew about or looked for work-arounds when there were obstacles, and I felt very comfortable with his abilities. Even so, he lingered around for a while and charged the full hour (+tax) without providing any solution or even a path to resolution. A complete waste of money & time.
