"Great. I was leery about using steam cleaning. Years ago, i used a dry type treatment. (Sorry I don't remember what it was called.) It left carpets and upholstery quite dry by the time they left. Kerman's Flooring had recommended Langenwalter's, so I decided to give them a try. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to end. Got a favorable appointment time before Christmas (and AFTER our granddog moved out ; ) Steve, the technician, went over all the areas, told me how much it would cost before beginning the work. They have a very good reputation around town, and he did a great job. There was a red paint stain that he worked on, but it didn't come completely out. I knew ahead of time that it may not, but couldn't hurt to try. It looks much better than it did. Steve was up front with me about the process. Some areas were still damp at the end of the day as I expected, but most had dried much sooner than I thought they would. I'm a convert. It worked better than I thought. He also left a bottle of stain remover I can use in the meantime as the need arises. The only improvement I could make would be to have a door cover. It was a freezing cold day and the hose had to run out an open door. I threw a fleece blanket up there that helped some, but duct cleaner companies have a great door block that fits the door opening and has a cut out for the hose. It would really help. The work takes some time, and I got chilled. Brrr. Overall, though, I would call them again and recommend Langenwalter."

"This is the worst experience. I paid over $ 800 to have my sofa and house cleaned carpets were fine but the sofa was not cleaned. I am ending up have to wash the cushion covers Becouse the fabric is washable, They came out a second time and Rob the tech tried to say my sofa had new stains, but was the same stains that he didn’t clean. What a waste. I will never use them again I asked for my money back for the sofa and was told no. Do not use!!!! If it doesn’t get clean then oh well!"
