The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Our 65" Toshiba rear projection TV picture died unexpectedly. I called ITR Electronics and they said that I would need to bring the several hundred pound unit from my basement into their shop for 2-3 days of work or pay hundreds for them to transfer the TV for me. So, I called Yarteck. Not only did he offer to come to our house, he was able to come the same day (on a Saturday night!) and already had a good idea of the problem based on my description. He called to keep us updated on his expected arrival time, was very professional, carefully removed his shoes to avoid tracking rain into the house, and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a final price, estimated an hour for repair, and got my permission before starting the repair. The final price was very close to his original estimate and was fair. He was pleasant, courteous, and got our TV working the same day that I called. Wow! I was left with only one question: how do I give an A+ in Angies List?"
