"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"it started out to be fantastic. joel the owner is wonderful. he came in and hung my tv on the wall and hid the wires as requested, hooked up my blue ray and cable. i also, purchased 2 speakers etc for the tv. they cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant and professional. why am i givint them 3 stars then you ask? well i have been waiting now for 7+ days for them to come back. cable wasnt working at the time and a wire is missing for the entire pkg to be complete. blu-ray not working. if and when i hear from AVI and they correct the problem then i will change my rating to a most likely a 5 star. otherwise, it remains a 3."
