Parts were available and on hand. Took about 30 minutes to diagnose, replace and reassemble the TV set. Fast, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend for future repair needs."

"You call Sears Home Improvement Products but somebody else comes to do the job but he did a really good job. He came and we had to take everything out of the refrigerator and he took the back panel off and there was a hose that was not connected any longer which was probably due to the move and he connected all that and he cleaned up all the ice. They guy was professional and he took his shoes off which really surprised me because it is not necessary in our house and he said it was just one of the things he does. He was very thorough in what he did and he was very knowledgeable in all the products and he fixed the problem. He was very respectful of the house and the whole refrigerator."
