"Excellent response, prompt review after taking tv to shop but after 2 days couldnt find a problem .only negative they are far from our location, couldn't diagnose the reason for our issue in the home, 65 in tv so took it to their shop. Because of distance took 2cextra days to deliver. Priblem was our home theater receiver but they did not add om any other charges that were reasonable. Would have given 5 star except for time to return"

"Tv too old to fix if at allpossible"

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
