Steve came over twice, once to give us basic information on purchase and installation, and once to answer some additional questions we had. We put down a 50% deposit on 8/27, and on 9/23, Sam and Joe installed the blinds (the blinds manufacturer was shut down for 10 days for inventory). Steve's information was thorough and helpful, and Sam and Joe took only 40 minutes for installation, which was done beautifully. They were all right on time or early (in which case we were called), and everyone was very pleasant. It was a joy doing business with them, and we would highly recommend the company."
