"This is the guy you want! Fantastic experience with Itay! I had a bit of a hang up with my 1993 garage door motor quitting out on me. Called Itay @ Garage Door Solutions & More and he was more than helpful. Very polite guy, very punctual, very professional and very neat with his work. He got to my home within 48 hours of talking with him (and he was able to come sooner , but my schedule did not allow for that). Swapped out my garage door motor, wall button and programmed all of my remotes, and he also helped me set up the app for mobile access! Excellent service, and here is the best part: he did not try to sell me new springs, new rollers, service packages, or any of that other stuff that most garage door companies insist that you absolutely "must have". "Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. I appreciated his attitude, as well as his skill set! His work was excellent, and soon we hope to use him to remodel our kitchen! Thanks, Carl!

"Called at about 9:30 am. Immediate answer by polite call taker. Was given an appointment time window. Good communication via text, concerning arrival time. Jim and Jason came out to provide estimates the day I called. They gave me equipment options, service recommendations, and prices. Although not expected same day service was provided. They replaced garage door opener, installed new interior and exterior control panels, replaced the door rollers, lubricated what need to be and adjusted the door for proper closing. Friendly and professional. I would recommend calling Holt's and more importantly, I would use them again should the need arise."
