"I thought the work they did was good. However, the stains started dripping after the first rain. Basically, I have stains from the drip still on my fence. It looked great until the first rain. They came back and tried to fix it. They said unless they restrip it and do it again, I am always going to see those stains. They were going to try to restrip it and paint it."

"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. "We worked with Lynn to provide a quote for vinyl, wood and alumna wood patio covers.  Unfortunately Lynn was not able to match a price received from another contractor, but I would highly recommend his company.  Lynn was punctual, able to meet late to accommodate my schedule and informative regarding the different options that you have to put in patio covers.  He was also very helpful in providing information needed to get approval from my HOA.   <br /> I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future if we have additional needs. <br />"

Our home is beautiful and has completely transformed the way we live and breathe! Our new home is clean, modern and clutter-free (including our newly organized garage with epoxy floor). We used all of Spazio’s suggested subs who were absolutely wonderful. All work was done to Essi’s exacting specifications and highest standards.
