So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

Mike W. came out to my house and assessed what I needed. He gave me a good price for a highly rated brand (on Consumer Reports) and high efficiency unit. In the office, Ruth worked to get a great financing deal. Then Mike C and Dewayne worked like crazy getting the unit installed in less time than what was estimated. No sloppy work, they just didn't even take breaks. Before they left, Dewayne explained how to set my thermostat and change my filter. Professional, courteous, efficient. I could not ask for more."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
