"Hats off to Daniel W. from Western Rooter who installed a water filtering system in my garage. Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. "Javier scoped the main sewer line and accounted for each water outflow (kitchen, toilets, bathroom sinks, shower, bathtub and laundry). He showed me the line breakage and how the water was slowly seeping into the ground. I felt comfortable with him since he was so detailed and understood where to dig (instead of disrupting the whole yard/garden area). We were concerned about how dirty the job could be, but they tried to keep the movement of dirt to a minimum. As they finished the job each day, they cleaned up the area and getting it ready for the next days work. They only had to shut off the water/sewer usage for one day which made my 91 year old mom happy, We replaced and installed a new sewer system. The pipes to the kitchen, toilets, sinks, tub/shower and laundry were all replaced. They installed rebar dowels before cementing the floors. Upon completion of the whole project they put the yard/garden area back in order. Javier and crew did an outstanding job."

"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day.
