He and his crew came out early the next morning and fixed the drain within four hours. I can't really speak to the value because I didn't have the opportunity to get other quotes. They assessed my problem and started snaking my kitchen pipes. It appeared to be clean but we noticed some bubbling starting to happen again. I flushed the upstairs toilet and the kitchen started to back up again. At this point they decided that this was more serious than expected.
