"Carlos Melendez did an amazing job pressure washing our pool enclosure, pavers and sidewalk! Our outdoor space look like new Carlos was professional, reliable, and communicated well throughout the process. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking professional. Five stars!"

"First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job."

"Fence and driveway cleaning. Work was done quickly and everything looks great!"

"Great owner - Alex. He and his crew are courteous, honest, detail oriented, hard working, and do high quality work. They showed up every day on time, worked till 5-6PM. Alex honored his estimate and did not try to upcharge. Had to apply five coats to a bathroom to get it right - didnâ t complain or try to charge more. Never had an attitude. I would hire them again in a nano-second. Outstanding ! Stop looking and hire him."

"Adrian did a great job. I would recommend him hands down. He replaced my fence in a Timely manner. Reasonable price also cut down some trees for me and I’m going to have him come back and do some painting for me because he did such a great job. He’s also a very nice person."

"I was familiar with Steve Morgan Pressure Washing and Painting from a small job a few years ago and was pleased with the work. This time we had a much bigger project. We had all sidewalks, driveway, cement patio deck, pool cage, garage door, and front exterior of our home pressure washed. They also cleaned our (very hard to reach) gutters. Our house almost looks like it was repainted. Beautiful! We were also contemplating resurfacing our patio, as a lot of it was "chipping up". Steve recommended a different product and a repaint of the surface, quite literally saving us thousands of dollars. The new treatment looks great. If we had a more"disposable" income, I would have liked to have a complete resurface - but Steve's suggestion and quality work was a good solution. I would also like to comment on Steve's sincere concern for fair prices and work ethics. He explained the pros and cons of the type of treatment we had selected for the patio. Many thanks to Steve and his team!"

"They were good but the sealing of my pavers were messed up by front door. I called next day and they said they would come but did not."
