"Original problem "fixed" by other was printed circuit board in garage door opener as screen door on shared track would not function properly. Original Pro only fixed the garage door opener and never completely check the door screen operation properly. Called STS Garage Door LLC who promptly arrived at the same day appointment. The technician Rudy identified the problem and fixed the entire system - new set of match springs (old ones were not even rated the same side to side), settings closure setting were off for travel switches, and screen door adjustments were necessary. Rudy was extremely professional and explained the problem so I understood it completely. He extensively tested the system after repairs. I am totally satisfied with work performed and the price was very reasonable."

Michael pulled into our driveway at 9:15 AM in a company lettered truck wearing a Quick Response shirt and introduced himself. He explained the replacement process and about how long it would take for the new install. It was about an hour and a half and Michael was done with the new opener installation and he was starting the tune up of the door by tightening the garage door spring, lubricating all the rollers and adjusting the cables. Michael finished up by programing all the new remotes and keypads for us and also programmed our vehicles to open and close the door. Quick Response was a pleasure to work with from the first call to the office and speaking with Craig to Michael the tech and they did exactly what they said they would do! Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and detailed and before leaving he installed new light bulbs in the opener and made sure he didn't leave any greasy finger prints on the new opener. "I called because I backed into my slider garage screen door It was very bent and I thought I would need repair or replacement. Dean was in my area and came right over. He was able to bend the aluminum to a very usable condition. He lubricated the tracks and was not going to charge me anything for his repair efforts. I did have him evaluate my garage door since maintenance had not been done in over 7 years. He recommended replacing the wheels which were not fully functional and adjusting the springs, and all lubricated. I went ahead with his recommendation while he was there. My door moves very smoothly and is much quieter than before. I highly recommend this company and Dean."
