"The cleaning was superb! It's as if a family of 4 plus some in-laws every once in a while had never lived there! The only complaint I had was that I had scheduled a move out cleaning the day before my apt inspection but when they sent one person there they did a walk through and stated they couldn't clean it that day and backed out because the time required to clean the place for 2 cleaners was 4 hours total. They rescheduled me first thing in the morning though but they took an hour and a half longer than estimated which of course cost me more money than I had budgeted to spend. I didn't appreciate it."

"The gutter cleaning went fine. They did not tell me when they are coming, but he did show up and do the job. I couldn't stay for the whole thing because I was not expecting them, but they did show me photos of the finished job. They weren't super clean, but they were no longer plugged. They then gave me whole list of other things I should do."

"The guy who came out on this first did an inspection of roof and gutters. Then a second appt. was made to actually have them cleaned. Very pleased with this person as he shared roof condition and how gutters would be cleaned. He even gave us pictures of everything up there. Cleaning went well. He suggested gutter guards to help the leaf clutter from surrounding trees. We decided to proceed with the gutter guards. The guy who came on the gutter guards got it completed fine but we were to have pictures of the completed guards showing they were done. We never did receive pics on this part."
