"The installers were very professional, answered any questions that I had. The rooms where the windows were replaced were as clean as they were before installation. The outside noise level was noticeably quieter and I am sure that my energy bills will be lower."

"We were very impressed with the service, quality of installation, and responsiveness to any issues. We hired Crystal River Windows, Inc. to install new windows. Tom & Tammy come out and provide an estimate, discusses trim color and the various options. The crew were very professional and friendly, accommodating our schedule, and cleaned up once done. They even worked around all of various outdoor plants. The windows were installed in the number of days they said the job would be done, even with it raining. We were so impressed with our experience with the windows that we immediately hired them to install new sliding glass patio doors. We have three sets of sliding doors, and 2 were not regular sliding doors. The windows and doors all look amazing. We would highly recommend Crystal River Windows, Inc."

"From drab to FABulous! I am so impressed with this company...I'll be honest, I got quite a few estimates and had already made my choice, but Jeff called to confirm their appointment. I was going to cancel, but he asked me to just listen to Justin, ask any questions - no pressure. Justin Rodriguez was fabulous and taught me a few things about windows I didn't know (I thought I knew as much as I could, I was wrong). His product was superior to what I had chosen previously, and the price was better! Their team is like a well-oiled machine. Paige took care of all the HOA approvals, Kim got the permits done as fast as the pandemic would allow. Christine kept me informed with progress and installation dates, and Edger and Osvaldo headed up the team of installers that did an amazing job!! Of course, Justin kept in touch every step of the process and even did his own personal "inspection" to make sure everything was perfect!! If you're thinking about replacing your windows or doors, make sure you call them, you won't regret it!"

"Recently we accidently broke a window in our home, dropping a lower sash while cleaning it. The company that had originally installed our windows and doors, Carrollwood Window and Door, was totally unwilling to help in any fashion. Fortunately, through our own efforts, we found Stephanie Warren at Glass Doctors. She provided professional and helpful direction and, after several phone calls answering numerous questions, rapidly provided a repair estimate and time schedule. Robert came to measure for replacement glass and Aaron came to install such. They were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They did what they said they would do in the time they said it would be done for what were were told it would cost, all with an interest in making sure we were informed and happy. We can't say enough. Quality work. Reasonable cost. Timely response. Great customer service attitudes by all."

"Went extremely well. It was a difficult task because of the condition of the door frame. Apollo is an extremely intelligent guy who figured out how to get the job done without costing me a hefty sum of buying and installing a new sliding glass door. We very much appreciate his professionalism, innovativeness, and honesty."

"Great experience. Lloyd arrived promptly and got right down to work. Each job was well executed. This is our second time with Lloyd and he did not disappoint. Each time he was pleasant, professional, and well-equipped. Most remarkably, he is very conscientious - when faced with a difficult or particularly laborious task, he gives it as much time and effort as needed to get the job done and done WELL -- even if it means running over into his own time. And Lloyd deals with you respectfully. As a woman I really appreciate not being talked "down to" or made to feel dumb. You just don't find this kind of contractor anymore! We will definitely hire Lloyd again."

"Times were changed multiple times on both days of work.  Contractor only bought materials for 4 flower boxes instead of 5 and didn't tell me until well over the time they were supposed to be finished the job.  They didn't even offer to go back to Home Depot to complete the project.  I complained to the original person I spoke with he was very rude on the phone- stated they didn't typically build flower boxes etc even though I had sent pictures of what I wanted and they wanted the work.  He did send the handyman back to build the last box  a few days later.  My biggest issue is when I first contacted them (I sent pictures of EXACTLY what I wanted done and I had old flower boxes to use as models)and when the handyman arrived they estimated the job would be done with the time frame of the deal they were offering or less ($360 for 1 man 8 hours or 2 for 4 hours).  However the project was 7.5 hours with 2 men and I charged the difference.  The guys working never said "hey we are over the time, we will charge you X dollars to continues, etc".  When they came back to finish the last box the work was completed in about 30 minutes, so again I'm not sure why it took 7.5 hours for the guy working on the boxes to build 4.  <br /> <br />"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Inverness, FL

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
