"Yes indeed my pro got the job done right! He was extremely prompt in getting out here to give us a quote and we set up a date, but the extreme heat and humidity forced us to reschedule. Unfortunately the new date was still extreme heat and humidity. We reset and he was here on time and ready to work. Communication was always top notch! Being out in the country the screens were packed with dirt. The gutters were truly overflowing with debris. As he put it "you have a whole ecosystem up here." :) He cleaned the gutters first, inspected them for damage and leaf guards; removed and cleaned all the windows, screens, and washed out the tracks and then put everything back all in less than 3 hours and at a very reasonable price. If I could give him 10 stars I would. My perception: a very nice person with great work ethics. A Pro for sure!! Being out in the country our windows and screens were terribly dirty."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
