Options were presented, and while they will advise you on recommended projects, they are very reasonable in what is a need vs what is a project for down the road. If you don't want to pursue a project, they won't push you out of your comfort zone. Our fascia was rotting, even letting in critters into the attic. This fascia needed replaced, as did the gutters as they had to come off for the repair (and they were old and falling off, too). Unfortunately, it was missed in the project review that the crown molding under the fascia would need to be removed to make room for the new fascia and gutters. Power Home Remodeling was very understanding that this was a surprise, and as they don't like to surprise their customers, they capped the newly exposed wood free of charge. Their work was very professional and payment is not expected until after the job is done. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and will certainly reach out to Power Home Remodeling if and when more work is required as we periodically update our home away from rotting wood to modern siding."
