"Chris, a guy I spoke with at Trinity AC to get these services was SO patient and SO nice. He understood my concerns with my central A/C, recommending me to the best guy for the job. Jimmy the technician was SO nice and SUCH a professional. He gave me a discount just for being a senior citizen! I told him about a previous experience with an A/C repair company that attempted to rip me off, giving me high prices for little work. Jimmy heard this, shamed the anonymous man, and took matters into his own hand, doing amazing work and offering better pricing. I would recommend this company to everyone!"

"Bill McIntosh and Larry came out for a second opinion on my AC repair. They were very professional and completed the needed repair. They were honest in telling me that I would probably need to replace the entire unit sometime soon, but did not push to have it done right now. They replaced only what was necessary, and saved me $800 from what the 1st company was going to charge me! He showed me which filters to purchase and the recommended replacement time frames. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company."

"This is an edit to my original review. Initially I did not get any answers to my problem and had to pay a $77 diagnostic fee. When the company saw my not so great review, they returned my fee and were concerned that I was dissatisfied with the service. I appreciate the gesture and will consider using them again if necessary. They stand by their word that you do not pay until you are satisfied."

"Very customer service oriented for sure! They called right away, followed up calls and text messages, great pricing and ON TIME! As a business owner myself I can appreciate a well run business. No over charges like others who bid my need for service. Never tried to push additional service or up charges. Iâ m a Home Inspector and check out the work others do for a living and Iâ ll tell you that these guys are doing it right the first time. I will have them back for regular service and would, and will, recommend them to anyone! Thx guys!"

"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs and service/repairs done."

"The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

"Correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right the first time. Very honest and professional. Highly recommend for A/C services."

"Great service, took pictures of problem because I could not see it for myself and after repair showed work done. Also gave very good advise about another repair needed caused by first problem. Great, fast service. Both repair person and office personnel were wonderful."

"The service was great, Nathan the owner should replace the parts but he said that it's working fine and he won't replace it anymore."
