They were honest in telling me that I would probably need to replace the entire unit sometime soon, but did not push to have it done right now. They replaced only what was necessary, and saved me $800 from what the 1st company was going to charge me! He showed me which filters to purchase and the recommended replacement time frames. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company."

He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "Eric and Josue came out the same day to diagnose the my central AC. They explained what had failed, what needed to be done and how much the repair would cost. A couplle of parts were necessary and Josue rea[laced the parts and cleaned the outdoor unit. He took pictures of the unit and the parts replaced. AC works great! Josue and Eric are very professional. THey even watched out for the house cats so the cats wouldn't get outside. Repairs completed at the price quoted. I am very impressed with Service All-Stars and its employees."
